      Timecards

      Access anytime, anywhere – Manage timecards from your mobile device.

      Busy owners and managers can now view, edit, and track timecards on the go—right from the Dashboard mobile app or their mobile web browser.

      • View and track shifts effortlessly – See clock-ins, clock-outs, and total hours at a glance.

      • Edit and add timecards with ease – Adjust shifts or add new entries with just a few taps.

      • Navigate dates smoothly – Swipe or use the date picker to find specific timecards.

      • Track breaks accurately – Ensure complete shift records, including breaks.

      • Built for speed & accuracy – Smart validations help prevent errors.

      Sales Channels

      NEW! Control visibility of menu categories on Online Ordering vs. POS

      Mark menu categories to be visible or hidden from specific Sales Channels by specifying the visibility via new "POS" and "Online Ordering" checkboxes.

      • Hide categories you don’t want on DoorDash (e.g., alcohol, fountain drinks)

      • Hide categories you don't want visible or active on the POS (such as seasonal categories)

      • Easily control visibility without deleting the category

      • Reduce manual effort and confusion, and ensure compliance

      • Promote in-store exclusives, seasonal categories, and online-only specials

      • Real-time updates and sync with third-party platforms


      KDS

      Improved Visibility & Faster Issue Resolution

      We've expanded our Express KDS health monitoring and troubleshooting tools to make it easier to detect and resolve issues before they impact merchant's operations.

      • Proactive Issue Detection - Enhanced tracking of server errors, network issues, and login failures to catch problems.

      • Better Troubleshooting & Observability - Improved logging for order lifecycle tracing and printing-related events, helping support teams diagnose issues faster.

      • Auto-refresh routing configurations - Merchants will no longer have to log out and log back in. This update will ensure a real-time updates in KDS.

      • New and improved KDS routing assignment UI - A new and improved look for order routing, making it easier to set up and manage where orders go in your kitchen
