      Dashboard & Point-of-Sale

      Customize Printed Receipts

      Summary: A streamlined customize printed receipts experience now makes it easier to control what prints at the top of guest receipts. You can now quickly update receipt header details and optional custom text—without having to hunt through settings.

      Faster updates, fewer mistakes: A clearer setup flow reduces misconfigurations that lead to reprints and support tickets.
      More consistent branding + messaging: Keep receipts aligned across locations with the right business info and customer-facing notes (policies, thank-you messages, etc.).
      Less friction for operational changes: Updating receipt headers is now a quick, repeatable workflow when hours/info/policies change.

      How it works:

      1. Open Dashboard (BOH) → Settings → Printing/Receipts → Customize Printed Receipts

      2. Edit receipt header fields (business/contact details + optional custom message)

      3. Review the updated receipt header settings

      4. Save to publish—updates will reflect on printed receipts

      5. POS needs to be refreshed
