What's New or Improved

• SpotOn Dashboard

  • Simpler Navigation: Navigate all team management features in one place within Dashboard to easily find the tools to manage your team. Look for Employees in the left navigation menu. Here, you'll find My Employees, Timecards, and Jobs & Wages.

  • Updated My Employees Page: User Permissions has been renamed to My Employees and refreshed with a larger, more intuitive design. Quickly add, remove, or update the employees who work at your business.

  • Edit Timecards: Easily manage timecards directly in the Dashboard from your desktop—no need to download or edit CSV files. Adjust shifts or breaks, and add or remove timecards, all within a convenient visual calendar view. Check out this support article for more information.

  • Jobs & Wages Tracking: Track and monitor who’s working at your establishment for oversight and awareness. In Jobs & Wages, maintain a record of your employees, their roles, and their pay. This feature is on desktop only. Check out this support article for more information.

  • Manage POS Permissions: Enhance control and security at your business with POS permissions. Use the Dashboard to manage POS functions, enabling or disabling them to require manager approval.   • Enhanced Time Clock: Enjoy an updated clock-in/out experience with enhanced features for accuracy, including break tracking and the ability to clock in under specific job positions. Check out this support article for more information.
