We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of what has changed this past week.

What's New

SpotOn Express adds POS customization, customer names, and order types

Enhance your POS experience by choosing from three tile sizes via the hamburger menu. The 'Small' size maximizes screen space by hiding images, allowing more items to be displayed at once and reducing scrolling for large menus. The 'Medium' and 'Large' sizes showcase item images or bold abbreviations, making it easy to identify products quickly.

You can now enhance personalization and efficiency by adding a name and order type to each order. Including customer names creates a more personalized experience and reduces errors during pickups and deliveries. Specifying the order type (dine-in, pickup, or delivery) streamlines kitchen workflows and ensures timely service by tailoring preparation and prioritization. This feature also improves order tracking and provides valuable insights into sales channels for better reporting.

Both these features will be displayed on the KDS and on printed kitchen tickets, ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment!
