Feature Enhancements: April 24, 2024

We're constantly working to improve your SpotOn experience by enhancing what you currently use and love. Here is a summary of what has changed this past week.

What's New or Improved

Express Menu Design Update

The recent updates include displaying prices at the bottom of each tile, ensuring they no longer cover the tile content. Tiles without images now have a blue background, replacing the previous grey design for a cleaner look. For easier readability, titles with more than one word are abbreviated using the first three letters of the first word and three letters of the second. The button label for adding a category has been updated to "Add Category" for greater clarity and conciseness, replacing the previous "Plus New Category." Additionally, the category list is now left-aligned, providing a cleaner and more organized page appearance. The character limit for item descriptions has also been increased to 1000 characters, allowing for more detailed descriptions and directly addressing a feature request made during menu builds.
